Selecting an Attorney:
Unlike other areas of law where either money or property is at stake, the stakes
in immigration cases
involve a person's very existence in the United States. An unfavorable decision
in an immigration case
could not only result in the loss of money or property, but more importantly, could
result in the total
break-up of a family, and the shattering of the American Dream.
In light of the complexity of immigration and nationality law, it is critical that
a person hire an
attorney who devotes his/her practice exclusively to immigration law. Please

Welcome to my site! To begin with, immigration is governed by the laws of the United
States.
As a result, an attorney who holds a license in any one state may practice immigration
law before any
immigration court or agency in the United States, as well as before any consulate
or embassy worldwide.
My office is located in San Bernadino county
but I serve all of California.
My experience is in both highly contested immigration litigation as well as uncontested applications
for greencards and other benefits.
Some visitors to this site are asking themselves: Am I even eligible for a greencard?
But what if my visa expired? Does it matter that I (or the immigrant) was charged with a crime?
Which crimes make you ineligible? Answer: Each client gets my personal attention. If I don't have
an answer right away, or need to research the case law or statutes, I will let you know.
I will also indicate how much time it will take to locate the answer.
