Mr. Hays obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the Univeristy of Redlands (Redlands, CA). and his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law (Fullerton, CA). Prior to establishing his own immigration law office, Mr. Hays provided legal support to several law firms including his last position as an associate with an exclusive immigration law firm. Mr. Hays is admitted to practice before all immigration courts and agencies, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
