Some visitors to this site are asking themselves: Am I even eligible for a greencard? But what if my visa expired? Does it matter that I (or the immigrant) was charged with a crime? Which crimes make you ineligible? Answer: Each client gets my personal attention. If I don't have an answer right away, or need to research the case law or statutes, I let you know. I also indicate about how much time it will take to get a rock-solid answer. If there is any concievable way for you to obtain the greencard, visa, etc., you will find that out through me.
